About Us
Let's Grow Together
As a CTE educator, there is nothing worse than sitting in a PD that has nothing to do with your content area. We ensure access to personalized professional development that will help you grow and develop through the nuances of CTE standards, instruction, assessment, and outcomes.

Company
At CTE PD, we are passionate about supporting Career and Technical Education professionals through personalized, customized, high-quality professional development. Our dedicated team includes over 40 experienced CTE administrators, educators, and counselors, each with specialized expertise in their respective fields. By partnering with our team, you’ll gain access to practical strategies, tools, and resources that prepare students for success in their chosen careers. Together, we’re empowering educators to shape the future of the workforce.
Mission
Our evidence-based programs are designed to offer practical, flexible solutions that empower educators to apply new strategies directly in their teaching environments.
Philosophy
We believe in an andragogical approach rooted in research and tailored to the unique needs of CTE educators. Given their diverse professional backgrounds, many CTE teachers enter the classroom with limited pedagogical training, highlighting the importance of ongoing development (McGowan, 2023). Bell (2019), as cited in McGowan (2023), emphasizes that initial training alone is insufficient; continuous, year-round professional development is critical to refining classroom and instructional practices.
Team
Experienced, motivated, passionate CTE teachers with credentials and industry experience that take an andragogical approach to ensure learner outcomes.
